The collaboration between ION and Group Ubuntu Achtkanter is a continuation of a successful relationship that previously resulted in the project Atelier Jules. This project, located in Kortrijk, demonstrated how real estate development and social impact can go hand in hand. Atelier Jules, where people with disabilities also found a home, was a great success and confirms the value of this long-term collaboration. Together, we once again joined forces to realize a project with ZUUD that yielded not only financial but also socially sustainable results. The experience and expertise gained with Atelier Jules thus formed a solid basis for the success of ZUUD.
