Joint Venture

Unique collaboration with PMV
Panquin is the result of a joint venture between ION and PMV. ION partnered with them to realize the master plan to redesign the site into an attractive neighborhood.
The architectural part will be carried out by a conglomerate of 5 architectural firms, each tackling a part of the site. These are the Italian firm C+S, DE Architects from Tervuren, A33 Architects from Leuven, KOPLAND architects from Roeselare (for restorations), and Omgeving from Berchem (for landscape architecture).
Our project "Panquin" is the result of a unique collaboration with PMV.
