DEVELOP YOUR CAREER
- During your traineeship, we guide you through the various stages of project development.
- You will support the Business Development team in acquisition phase studying proposed opportunities (including financial feasibility, market study and volume study) in the context of real estate development.
- You are often in contact with urban development and real estate agents and work closely with our internally specialised departments: technical, finance & legal.
- Depending on your talents and preferences, you will eventually have the opportunity to grow into a more commercial role within Business Development, Project Development or Investment.
DEVELOP YOURSELF
- Recent Master's degree in finance, legal, business or engineering
- Affinity with real estate and/or area development
- Analytical, accurate, an expert at Excel
- Driven and ambitious team player
